  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers, exceeding their expectations and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and tables, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Supply Management: Carry and distribute supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of foods and properly store food, adhering to Sodexo's HACCP policies and procedures.
  • Waste Management: Assist with washing dishes, glassware, silverware, utensils, pots, and pans, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with stocking food inventory, ensuring adequate supplies and minimizing waste.
  • Training and Development: Attend all allergy and foodborne illness in-service training, complying with Sodexo's safety and risk management policies and procedures.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with co-workers and other departments, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1-2 years related experience in fine dining.
  • Skills: Ability to maintain a positive attitude, communicate effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
  • Environment: Generally in an indoor setting, with varying schedules to include evenings, holidays, weekends, and extended hours as business dictates.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a standing position for long periods, with significant walking or other means of mobility, and ability to lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 40 pounds.
