As the Customer Care and Billing IT Manager, you will oversee the management and support of the Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) system, which is essential for our operations. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the system functions seamlessly.

In this capacity, you will work closely with diverse teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and IT support personnel, to implement and sustain the CC&B system. You will spearhead system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting initiatives, ensuring that the system aligns with the organization's needs and operates efficiently. Furthermore, you will offer technical guidance and assistance to end-users, addressing their questions and resolving system-related challenges promptly.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and supporting the Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) system, preferably within utility customer billing and associated solutions
  • Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Utilities products
  • Previous experience in project management or supervisory roles
  • Expertise in CC&B system configuration, maintenance, and support
  • Strong technical knowledge and comprehension of CC&B functionalities
  • Proficiency in coding and development utilizing Oracle CC&B Software Development Kit
  • Experience in leading system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting activities
  • Involvement in at least one new implementation and one upgrade of an Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) system
  • Familiarity with Oracle Utilities Framework
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
