Job Description

We are a leading consulting and sales firm in the industry, known for our data-driven approach and customer acquisition expertise. Our company has experienced rapid growth, expanding from a team of 5 to over 30 members this year alone. Our goal is to establish ourselves as a consulting giant in the market and expand into new territories.

As a Sales Account Manager at FM Marketing, you will be expected to lead with exceptional customer service, tailoring conversations to create personalized experiences for our clients' brands. You will be responsible for building brand awareness and driving in-person conversations to increase sales through customer engagement.

The Sales Account Manager will work closely with our clients' customers to create customized experiences based on individual needs and preferences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Recognizing customer needs, managing existing accounts, and increasing sales performance to develop new business opportunities.
  • Understanding customer bases and company products to recommend service enhancements that increase sales.
  • Collaborating with other Sales Account Managers to establish, monitor, and record weekly targets and goals.
  • Participating in weekly sales meetings to share new ideas that improve sales margins based on customer feedback.
  • Managing assigned territories thoroughly and tracking customer interactions to maximize sales in that area.
  • Continuing sales and leadership development through regular meetings, webinars, and joint calls with top Sales Account Managers.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships to meet or exceed sales goals.

  • Competitive nature, striving to outperform others.
  • Leadership roles in previous positions are encouraged.
