At Evolving Solution Services, we are seeking a skilled Warehouse Clerk to provide administrative support in the organization and maintenance of our workforce management system and plant warehouse and storage areas. This role will also provide backup for other staff in functions such as access control, reception, accounts payable, and all other Admin functions in the department.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing front desk duties and providing exceptional customer service
  • Working with other staff to collect data, label, and enter information into our databases on equipment, parts, and other stored materials
  • Performing physical inventory on materials as needed and meeting the requirement to lift 35lbs minimum
  • Operating office equipment, arranging repairs as required, and assisting others in its operation
  • Maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive materials
  • Performing data entry tasks and meeting the required computer skills


Requirements:

Applicants should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to lift 35lbs minimum.
