Role Overview
As a Financial Reporting Specialist, you will be instrumental in maintaining precise financial documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and upholding best practices in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and record financial entries accurately to reflect transactions related to various financial activities.
- Assist with the closing processes at the end of each month and year.
- Develop comprehensive reconciliations and schedules for all financial areas.
- Conduct analytical reviews of assigned accounts to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Support external audit processes by preparing necessary documentation.
- Engage in projects aimed at enhancing financial processes and addressing payment issues.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficient in accounting software, with experience in ERP systems preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- Basic understanding of financial reporting best practices.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness in task completion.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
