Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Schulte Companies. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance functions, including preventative maintenance, are following company and brand standards for compliance and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all maintenance functions, including preventative maintenance, are following company and brand standards for compliance and safety.
  • Complete preventative maintenance in guest rooms and public space.
  • Ensure swimming pool and spa maintenance duties are performed according to brand standards and health department regulations.
  • Proactively follow specific departmental procedures in performing repair, maintenance, alteration, and installation work in a safe and neat manner.
  • Delegate, supervise, and participate in all preventive and general maintenance programs by maintaining a room's maintenance strategy and scheduling preventive maintenance.
  • Assist other departments in fulfilling guest requests and resolving guest concerns.
  • Educate hotel personnel on emergency procedures and safety precautions.
  • Act as Manager on Duty when required.
Requirements
  • Minimum of High School education, post high school education preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year in a hotel maintenance position, supervisory role preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general carpentry.
