Digital Sales Leader

Nexxen is a leading innovator in the advertising technology space, empowering advertisers, agencies, and publishers to harness the power of data and advanced TV solutions. As a Senior Account Executive on our Strategic Sales Team, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding our managed service offering, and raising awareness of our end-to-end solution among Los Angeles advertisers and independent ad agencies.
About the Role- Lead tactical sales and client management responsibilities for your book of business, driving revenue through proactive selling of our true end-to-end technology solution to net new business brands and agencies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with marketing agencies and brands, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and delivering superior client service and results.
- Collaborate with local Trading and Account management teams to achieve client goals by coordinating stakeholder milestones for project completion.
- Cultivate and nurture connections with external partners, clients, and internal stakeholders, adapting communication style to persuade and positively influence outcomes.
- 3+ years of outbound sales experience in programmatic digital advertising, selling insertion order media and managed services to brands and independent ad agencies.
- A proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations.
- An understanding of the Adtech ecosystem, including DSP, SSP, DMP, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, SEM platform, or other online advertising technology.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with C-level clients.
- An established network of relationships with decision-makers at brands and independent advertising agencies in the local area and in the region.
- The ability to manage strategic and complicated sales cycles involving multiple internal and external teams.
- A strong team player with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of operational rigor, digital acumen, and business excellence.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $125,000 per year, as well as a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, discretionary time off, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available will vary depending on the state, start date, and employment type.
