RESUMEN:

Buscamos un Especialista Técnico de Producto que sea un colaborador activo en Conectores de Alta Velocidad, capaz de mantener una comunicación constante con los departamentos de ingeniería, calidad, producción y servicio al cliente, brindando asistencia técnica y orientación en relación con la línea de productos.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Gestión de RFQs y RFPs, así como la fijación de costos y precios de las líneas de productos.
  • Supervisión de muestreo de productos en nuevos programas, asegurando la precisión de los costos de la lista de materiales (BOM).
  • Implementación correcta del sistema de numeración de piezas.
  • Monitoreo de la reducción de costos en curso y su implementación.
  • Proporcionar asistencia técnica a clientes y al equipo de ventas.
  • Desarrollo de materiales de marketing, incluyendo literatura de productos, muestras y otros colaterales de marketing.
  • Asistencia a seminarios y exposiciones de clientes, así como visitas a clientes junto con el equipo de ventas local para aumentar el nivel de negocio.
  • Apoyo a la distribución y a los vendedores en la región, siendo responsable del plan de crecimiento para la región asignada.
  • Análisis de precios y RFQ, asegurando la precisión en costos, BOM y numeración de piezas.
  • Coordinación y gestión de múltiples programas de muestreo para nuevos productos.
  • Defensa de la reducción continua de costos.
  • Desarrollo de herramientas de ventas y marketing, brindando asistencia técnica a clientes y al equipo de ventas.
  • Otras tareas relacionadas con marketing y planificación según sea necesario.
  • Se puede requerir viajar por motivos laborales.

CALIFICACIONES:

  • Título universitario en Ingeniería Mecánica o Eléctrica.
  • Más de 3 años de experiencia relacionada, preferiblemente en una empresa de interconexión.
  • Experiencia previa como Analista de Costos, Gerente de Inventario, Especialista de Producto o en Servicio al Cliente.
  • Experiencia en ventas técnicas o marketing, con trabajo en gestión de pronósticos y embudos.
  • Experiencia en ventas o marketing de OEM/CM en Telecomunicaciones, Redes o Almacenamiento.
  • Excelentes habilidades de redacción en inglés y habilidades avanzadas en computación.
  • Aptitud técnica, incluyendo la capacidad de leer dibujos mecánicos.
  • Fuertes habilidades en Microsoft Excel.
  • Madurez y juicio sólidos, con buenas habilidades telefónicas y de presentación.
