As our Appointment Coordination Specialist, you will be the initial point of contact for clients as they embark on their financial journey.

  • Engage with over 50 potential investors daily.
  • Schedule more than 30 appointments weekly.
  • Utilize our qualification process effectively.
  • Maintain our CRM with meticulous attention to detail.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Stable work history with no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years.
  • No self-employment in the past 6 months.
  • Experience in a role primarily focused on phone communication for at least the last two years.
  • High volume of calls, engaging with 30+ individuals daily.
