The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sr. Data Processor to join our Data Solutions team. This individual will work with our alternative investments database, performing tasks such as downloading, organizing, and renaming files, as well as creating and circulating Letters of Authorization (LOAs).

Responsibilities

  • Work within our alternative investments database to download, organize, and rename files as needed
  • Document management, including creating and circulating LOAs
  • Create and reconcile transaction level data in Excel
  • Email correspondence with Fund Managers
  • Reconcile fund portal access
  • Automate technology process validation
  • Escalate system and data issues to client-facing team and/or team lead

Requirements

  • 0-2 years data entry experience
  • Familiarity with technology, software tools, and applications (Excel)
  • Well-organized and self-motivated
  • Highly attentive to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with handling confidential data
  • Familiarity with financial services helpful, but not required
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant job experience preferred

Benefits

  • This is a part-time role, up to 29 hours/week
  • The base salary range for this role is $24/hr
  • Employees in this role will work in the office 5 days a week
