Job Title: Director, Global Trade Compliance

Job Summary:

The Director of Global Trade Compliance will play a vital role in implementing, managing, and collaborating on trade compliance programs. This includes CTPAT, AEO, FTZs, Duty Drawback, and Proof of Export. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing major projects, programs, or processes that have significant business impacts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise and communicate in export/import-related areas, including export and import regulations, classification, valuation, internal audits, procedures, and training.
  • Partner with internal and external partners, including sales, marketing, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, engineering, customs brokers, freight forwarders, consultants, and internal counsel.
  • Serve as the authority supporting the resolution of import and export transactional compliance issues.
  • Monitor, audit, and use results to evaluate the efficiency of the Global Trade Compliance Program.
  • Implement improvements to the program as necessary.
  • Identify, review, and submit Reportable Compliance Incidents.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Business/Law, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of compliance, legal, and/or regulatory experience.
  • 5+ years of management experience across global regions.
  • Licensed Customs Broker preferred.
