PlayStation Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Studio IT Director to join our team. As a key member of our IT leadership, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to our IT team, ensuring the delivery of innovative IT services that support the development of extraordinary award-winning titles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the business goals of PlayStation Global.
- Lead a team of IT professionals to deliver tailored IT solutions that meet the needs of our studios.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the successful delivery of ubiquitous IT services.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal business teams to promote trust and champion for customer needs.
- Responsible for business continuity and recovery of studio's information systems.
- Develop an IT operations and services global strategy with a prioritized roadmap and timeline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or 15 years progressive experience.
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise IT leadership.
- Stays up to date with emerging technology trends.
- Knowledgeable in the utilization of ITIL Process Framework principles and possess a technical background working in a classified environment.
Desired Experience & Attributes:
- Strong business sense and judgment, with the ability to think strategically about business issues.
- Experience working with outsourced providers and managing service delivery expectations.
- Skilled in exercising a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion and decision making to achieve organizational objectives.
