We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Haven Behavioral Healthcare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients for risk of danger to self or others and intervene appropriately in crisis situations.
- Participate in the implementation of individualized plans of care and provide patient educational information as needed.
- Facilitate educational and activity groups, and recommend alternative activities based on patient functioning level and treatment plan.
- Provide supervision to Behavioral Health Technicians and assume the role of Charge Nurse when assigned.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with one year of acute psychiatric experience preferred.
