Job Summary:

Swedish Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Respiratory Care Services Manager to lead our team of respiratory therapists and pulmonologists. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of respiratory care services and pulmonary function provided in our hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of respiratory therapists and pulmonologists to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in respiratory care and pulmonary function to ensure our team is providing the best possible care.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of an accredited respiratory therapy educational program sufficient to qualify for licensure in Washington State.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Leadership or Management or Health related degree.
  • Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association.
  • 3 years of Management or supervisory experience in Respiratory care.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Leadership or Management or Health related degree.
