Respiratory Care Services Manager

As a Respiratory Care Services Manager at Providence Swedish, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of respiratory care services and pulmonary function provided in our medical centers. This includes clinical and operational activities of our respiratory care teams, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve respiratory care services and pulmonary function
- Leading and managing a team of respiratory care professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and coordination
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of respiratory care services and pulmonary function
Requirements for this role include:
- Successful completion of an accredited respiratory therapy educational program sufficient to qualify for licensure in Washington State
- Bachelor's Degree in Leadership or Management or Health-related degree
- 3 years of management or supervisory experience in respiratory care
Preferred qualifications include:
- Master's Degree in Leadership or Management or Health-related degree
