Respiratory Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality respiratory care to patients with diverse needs.
Responsibilities- Deliver therapeutic, diagnostic, and patient teaching services to patients with respiratory conditions.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Operate ventilators and other technical equipment to provide life-supporting care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Respiratory Care Degree from a Regionally Accredited, CoARC certified RT program.
- One year of hospital experience, including one year in an Intensive Care or Critical Care Unit.
- Licensure as a Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner by the State of WA and active CPR/BLS certification.
- Prefer a Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy (BSRT) or Bachelor of Applied Science in Respiratory Therapy (BASRT) from a Regionally Accredited, CoARC certified RT program.
