Job Overview

Aerotek is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team in a manufacturing facility. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling various components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery. Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to assemble components accurately
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to build and assemble products according to specifications
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Adhere to safety and quality control procedures at all times
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools effectively
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality standards
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
