Position Overview:
Part-Time Role
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate
Shift Schedule: Week 1 - Monday, Saturday, Sunday

Your Role:
  • Lead by Example: Guide your team in administering medications, assisting residents with personal care, and ensuring all documentation is completed with precision.
  • Accurate Documentation: Conduct resident assessments and maintain medical records, ensuring all internal documents are filed correctly and efficiently.

Qualifications:
Possess a comprehensive understanding of current care standards and regulations. Experience in providing hands-on care for residents with memory impairments is essential. You should be adept at maintaining and updating effective service plans while supervising care staff. Strong communication skills are necessary for liaising with physicians, pharmacies, families, and community staff.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to assist residents with mobility, including sitting, standing, and walking, as well as providing support after falls.
