We are in search of a dedicated individual to join our team as a Certified Respiratory Care Specialist.

The Certified Respiratory Care Specialist is tasked with the assessment, ordering, and setup of all Category II and III equipment, including rehabilitation services as required.

This role serves as a crucial link between Norco and various referral sources, addressing inquiries and resolving issues for patients and clients.

The responsibilities of the Certified Respiratory Care Specialist include:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with patients, healthcare providers, therapists, insurance representatives, and referral sources to ensure optimal equipment solutions for clients.

2. Conduct assessments in various settings including homes, clinics, nursing facilities, and hospitals.

3. Provide sales assistance and product demonstrations to the healthcare sector.

4. Oversee the Quality Improvement Program.

5. Troubleshoot equipment related to oxygen and respiratory services during business hours, as well as during after-hours, weekends, and holidays when necessary.

6. Promote Norco services to referral sources.

7. Work alongside customer service personnel to facilitate respiratory-related discharges.

8. Perform additional tasks as required or assigned.
