About the Role:

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Electronic Assembler to join our team in the Windsor Mill, MD area. As an Electronic Assembler, you will be responsible for manufacturing and producing finished circuit boards, as well as documenting testing and quality checks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture and produce finished circuit boards
  • Document testing and quality checks
  • Operate visual magnification devices (scope)
  • Interpret electronic measuring devices
  • Interpret mechanical measuring devices
  • Work in a self-directed manner in a fast-paced environment
  • Foster and maintain professional and productive relationships with staff and management

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of IPC–610 and J-STD-001 standards
  • Proficiency in computer-based applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Work Environment:

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and productivity. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.
