About the Role

This position is located at a secure facility and requires a high level of physical security awareness and expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the physical security of the facility, including escorting uncleared personnel, controlling access, and assisting in the planning and execution of program security operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Physical security of the facility, including escorting uncleared personnel and controlling access
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of program security operations
  • Providing security briefings and support for classified meetings
  • Performing random entry and exit checks, as well as roving patrols
Requirements
  • Current SECRET security clearance with an investigation within 5 years from the investigation Closed date or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance or confirmed enrollment within the Continuous Evaluation (CE) program if and when local mission requirements dictate
  • Ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs (SAPs)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) if/when mission requirements dictate
  • Familiarity with working in classified environments and with classified materials
  • Previous Special Access Program security experience
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer interface and service skills
  • Basic knowledge of DoD Manual Volumes 1-4, DoD Manual Volumes 1-3, ICD 705, and associated Technical Specifications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of F-35 Program Security requirements
  • Familiarity with and at least one year experience working in Special Access Program environment
  • Prior experience generating and maintaining Fixed Facility Checklists in support of special access programs in accordance with JAFAN 6/9/ ICD 705
  • Database experience, Access, SIMs etc.
  • Ability to multi-task, remain organized, and handle dynamic environments
  • Experience working on a military installation
