A leading global asset management firm, Selby Jennings, is seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Architect to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining Workday integrations with third-party vendors and internal systems, utilizing various Workday integration tools such as Workday Web Services API, Connectors, Studio, Orchestration, and more.
  • Creating and maintaining Workday reports, PRISM solutions, and Extend applications for the accounting and finance teams.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, staying current on Workday enhancements and releases, and providing advice on optimal, scalable solutions while ensuring security and data integrity.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday reporting, PRISM analytics, Workday Web Services, Connectors; knowledge of Studio and Orchestration (preferred), and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of Workday security, including configuring and maintaining ISU users, segmented security, and the ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with integration solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of Workday Financials, covering core financials, banking and settlement, supplier accounts, and expenses.
  • Familiarity with Adaptive Planning is a plus.
  • Workday-Pro certification in Integrations is required. Certifications in reporting, security, and PRISM analytics are highly valued.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with attention to detail and a focus on process improvement.
