Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Nurse Residency Program at Prisma Health. As a Nurse Residency Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of our residency program, working closely with our Clinical Education Team to refine nursing knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend all quality and core curriculum classes, actively participating in professional development workshops and peer support groups.
  • Successfully complete all clinical competencies and validation requirements of the Nurse Residency Program.
  • Work under the direct and indirect supervision of the Clinical Education Team, refining nursing knowledge and skills.
  • Actively participate in managing clinical situations for which you are assigned, under the direct supervision of a licensed Registered Nurse.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing program approved by the South Carolina State Board of Nursing required.
  • Licensed to practice as a RN in South Carolina.
  • BLS required.
