Financial Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage all aspects of financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in accounting and financial management, with strong skills in overseeing day-to-day accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. Experience with NetSuite is a significant advantage, as the candidate will play a key role in optimizing and managing the company's financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process, including forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
  • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financial planning to optimize the company's liquidity.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership to support business growth.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards.
  • Optimize the use of financial systems and tools, with NetSuite experience being a significant advantage for improving automation and financial reporting capabilities.

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in accounting and financial management.
  • Strong skills in overseeing day-to-day accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
  • Experience with NetSuite is a significant advantage.

Compensation:
$90,000 - $110,000 a year
