Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and improving manufacturing and packaging processes and capabilities. Your expertise will help us optimize our production workflows, ensuring the highest quality products and efficient use of resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new manufacturing equipment, workflows, and processes to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Lead capital projects for equipment installation and qualification, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain equipment performance and quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to identify opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement.
  • Design, test, and implement packaging solutions, including distribution testing and validation.
  • Analyze data from various computer applications to inform process improvements and optimize operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or operations management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related manufacturing environment, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, CAD, ERP, and Scada systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
