  • Work in partnership with project superintendents to establish operational priorities
  • Forecast, track, and report project costs and revenue
  • Resolve problems involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, and contracts/subcontracts administration
  • Coordinate with construction Safety Manager to ensure compliance with safety goals

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Construction Project Management with residential project experience
  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
  • Working knowledge of skilled trades, including carpentry, masonry, and plumbing
  • Excellent communication skills with various parties, including management, subcontractors, and clients
