Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Blue Bird Corporation. As an HR Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our company's digital database, ensuring all information is error-free and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter data from paper formats into our digital database
  • Interact with HR and Total Rewards & People System Teams
  • Communicate with employees to gather information and statements
  • Ensure data is accurate, backed up, and stored safely
  • Identify and resolve data entry-related issues
  • Maintain and update the database, eliminating duplicate data
  • Preserve confidentiality when updating employee files

Requirements

  • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good computer and technical skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or higher
  • 2+ years of experience as an HR Data Entry Clerk or a similar role
