**Salary:** $60,000 - $75,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic Youth Support Specialist to join our team at UMFS. As a Youth Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting youth and families in achieving their goals and promoting positive outcomes.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide wraparound services that are tailored to each youth's unique needs and strengths. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing coaching and guidance to caregivers and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, as well as 3+ years of experience working with children and families in a mental health or social services setting. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable about High Fidelity Wraparound and has experience working with diverse populations.

**Responsibilities:*

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with youth, families, and other stakeholders
  • Provide coaching and guidance to caregivers and other stakeholders on behavioral health interventions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
