Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Station Park in Farmington, UT. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and acknowledging every customer, demonstrating all products, and maintaining outstanding standards.
  • Utilize Lovesac's proprietary selling process to identify customer needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Offer additional financing options to customers and educate them on current promotional offerings and products.
  • Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy, protecting company assets at all times.
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns and partner with store management to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience.
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals.
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment.
  • Superior communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintains the highest level of customer service and creates solutions that drive business results.
