Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forge connections with customers and communicate Vuori's brand values through product knowledge and a positive attitude.
  • Work with the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and assist customers in finding the right merchandise.
  • Support daily operations, including inventory management, restocking, and cycle counts.
  • Identify and communicate product concerns to the Inventory Lead and management team.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Punctuality and ability to adhere to scheduled shifts.
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
