About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Home Health Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a nurse with Thrive, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children, enabling them to grow and flourish to their full potential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one care to our pediatric clients, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that promote optimal health and well-being.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and stay up-to-date on best practices in pediatric care.
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, respect, integrity, compassion, and social responsibility that defines our organization.

Requirements
  • RN/LPN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Current CPR certification.
