Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

At Three Point Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business's needs for changes to processes, policies, and information systems are identified, understood, defined, documented, and acted upon.

Key Responsibilities:

* Interpret business needs and issues by gathering, eliciting, creating, analyzing, documenting, and validating business area user and/or technical (functional/non-functional) requirements.
* Collaborate in the creation of project plans to define, organize, and schedule requirements management and development activities.
* Facilitate requirements analysis and verification sessions.
* Participate in the tracking and management of open issues and assist in planning for resolution.
* Participate in development sessions and design reviews to ensure design meets user requirements.

Requirements:

* 5 years of progressive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, testing, or other analytical experience.
* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
* Advanced Microsoft Office applications usage.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, effective deliverables on-time and be a significant contributor to the development of cost-effective solutions.
* Proven understanding of business analysis core competencies.
