Line Cook Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook meals to the highest standards, adhering to safety and quality guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate portioning, plating, and presentation of meals to meet resident expectations.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes that enhance resident satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of cook-to-order experience.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures, from hot kitchens to cold refrigerators and freezers.
