Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Women's Services to lead our women's support programs. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with the Vice President of Community Programs to provide programmatic and administrative oversight for our women's services initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to our women's services programs, including two transitional housing campuses and one graduate housing campus.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Community Programs to ensure the successful implementation of program goals and objectives.
  • Develop and facilitate the implementation of gender-responsive programming to meet the unique needs of women served by our organization.
  • Ensure accurate and complete client charts, adhering to health department regulations and best practices.
  • Supervise and evaluate a team of professionals, including the Women's Services Coordinator, Resident Advocates, and Peer Specialists.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as counseling, social work, or psychology, with at least 2 years of full-time experience serving adults with serious mental health challenges.
  • Proven leadership experience, preferably in a supervisory role, with a strong track record of professional growth and development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, donors, and volunteers.
  • A working knowledge of Office 2016 or higher, with the ability to learn and use electronic databases to document case notes.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid time off, maternity/paternity leave, and access to exceptional employee assistance programs.
