Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Manager, Sales Compensation to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales compensation strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales compensation plans that align with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sales performance metrics
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Provide coaching and guidance to sales teams to optimize performance
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in sales leadership or compensation management
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,166.28 - $180,249.42, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
