Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales compensation and benefits initiatives, driving business growth and revenue through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales compensation and benefits strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement sales incentive programs
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute business plans
- Manage and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in sales compensation and benefits, with a focus on leadership and strategy
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue through sales compensation and benefits initiatives
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,166.28 - $180,249.42, dependent on experience. We also provide best-in-class benefits to eligible employees, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
