Job Title: Delivery Driver

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at West Springfield Auto Powered By Parts Authority. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering automotive parts to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Pick up and drop off automotive parts, adhering to assigned routes and time schedules
  • Ensure orders are properly fulfilled and customers are satisfied
  • Load, transport, and deliver items to customers or businesses in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner
  • Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Take and follow directions from dispatcher, adhere to assigned routes, and follow time schedules
  • Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles without interfering with operations at customer's place of business
  • Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and professionally handle complaints and concerns from customers
  • Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
  • Accept payments, prepare reports, and reconcile debt and credit
Requirements:
  • Current, valid driver's license
  • Must be able to meet company insurance requirements (drivers must be 21 years old or over)
  • Current valid automobile insurance with your name on the policy
  • Ability to lift, move, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, prolonged sitting
