Key Responsibilities- Provide project management and technical oversight for survey projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Lead and manage a team of surveyors and engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other external parties, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve project delivery and client satisfaction.
- 5+ years of experience in land surveying and mapping, with a strong background in project management.
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) or Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Strong technical knowledge of surveying and mapping principles, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
- A competitive salary range of $125k-$160k per annum, depending on experience.
