Overview

UnityPoint Health is seeking a skilled Pediatric Home Health RN or LPN to join our team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

We offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a supportive work environment that prioritizes patient care and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients with special healthcare needs in their homes.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and manage respiratory systems, among other responsibilities.
  • Assist with care coordination and transportation of patients as needed.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of a State Board-approved program for Licensed Practical Nurses or Registered Nurses and valid licensure.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to understand and apply guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintenance of an acceptable driving record and ability to work as a collaborative team member.
