- Manage scheduling, insurance verification, and authorization processes.

Position Overview:
The primary focus of the Front Office Professional (FOP) is to optimize scheduling and revenue opportunities for the practice. This role encompasses comprehensive administrative support for the practice and its staff.
- Establish and maintain an efficient patient appointment schedule.
- Convert calls into scheduled appointments and follow up with appointment reminders.
- Encourage annual referrals from existing patients to promote wellness.
- Ensure patients receive timely and courteous service throughout their experience.
Qualifications:
A High School Diploma is required, with an Associate Degree preferred. A minimum of two years of experience in a front office setting is advantageous, particularly in healthcare environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with office equipment is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively while thriving in a team-oriented atmosphere.
