Claims Field Representative

We are seeking a skilled Claims Field Representative to join our team at Cincinnati Insurance Company, Inc. This role is responsible for investigating and evaluating multi-line insurance claims in the field, ensuring accurate settlements and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough claim investigations, interviewing insureds, claimants, and witnesses as needed
  • Evaluate claim facts and policy coverage, inspecting property and auto damages to write repair estimates
  • Prepare reports of findings and secure settlements with insureds and claimants
  • Utilize claims-handling software, company car, and mobile applications to adjust losses in a paperless environment
  • Provide superior and professional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Requirements:
  • Availability and communicativeness during regular business hours
  • Desire to learn about the insurance industry and provide a great customer experience
  • Ability to work unsupervised, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and problem-solve effectively
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $55,000 - $76,000 annually, based on education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities
