Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Hamilton Health Care System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing patient care with an understanding and awareness of age-specific needs.
The successful candidate will have the ability to independently perform job functions and provide age-specific patient care. The role requires observing professional ethics in maintaining confidential information acquired concerning patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care with an understanding and awareness of age-specific needs
- Implement the nursing process based on expanded knowledge and experience
- Address biological, emotional, developmental, psychosocial, and patient/family education needs
- Deliver patient care in complex, multiple problem patient care situations
- Participate in performance improvement activities
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing as evidenced by verification of state licensure
- Current Tennessee or Compact State registered nurse license required
- BLS required, ACLS preferred
- Wound care experience preferred but may begin at entry level and successfully complete an orientation to the Wound Treatment Center
Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
