  • Assisting individuals in skill-building and problem-solving
  • Setting up and maintaining self-help mutual support groups
  • BUILDING self-directed recovery tools and strategies
  • SUPPORTING others in developing recovery goals and plans

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a treatment team
  • Familiarity with recovery principles and peer support models
