Job Title: Maintenance Technician

ConcordRENTS is a leading provider of property management services, and we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs on our apartment homes and community amenities. The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment homes and community amenities, including painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
  • Respond to service requests from residents and staff, and complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct move-in and move-out inspections, and ensure that all apartments are prepared for new residents.
  • Assist with the maintenance of community grounds, including landscaping, irrigation, and pool maintenance.
  • Perform preventive maintenance routines, including changing filters, checking smoke detectors, and replacing batteries.
  • Assist with the maintenance of community amenities, including the pool, clubhouse, and other facilities.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and experience with painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
  • Certified Pool Operator and Environmental Protection Agency certifications may be required.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English for safety and productivity reasons.
  • Prefer over one year of experience in maintenance and repair.
