Job Summary

US Water Services Corporation is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing construction, maintenance, and repair work on water and wastewater utility system equipment and company facilities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the investigation of utility systems and troubleshoot and correct electrical, mechanical, and piping problems as experience and training allow.
  • Respond to maintenance schedules for equipment and vehicles, ensuring proper maintenance duties are performed.
  • Assist with the maintenance of equipment at plant, collection, or distribution facilities, including driving a company vehicle and maintaining its appearance and organization.
  • Work with other maintenance employees to coordinate the efficient use of allocated labor and supplies for day-to-day requirements.
  • Responsible for keeping maintenance records up-to-date, including work orders and related forms.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Motor Vehicle Operator License (Drivers License)
  • Ability to demonstrate a level of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing aptitude

Preferred Requirements
  • Class A CDL with tanker endorsement
  • Water Distribution License
  • Expert in performing mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing abilities
