Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Spectrum Plastics Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire supply chain, from sourcing and purchasing to transportation and distribution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement master production schedules for finished goods and component items based on capacity requirements.
  • Coordinate work efforts of all departments to ensure integration and completion of work against expectations.
  • Provide daily schedules to manufacturing and install production compliance metrics to measure performance.
  • Manage or oversee department(s) calculating requirements for raw materials, purchased parts, and packaging supplies based on ERP methodology and department(s) responsible for inventory, shipping/receiving, and warehousing functions.
  • Publish and perform root cause analyses on key metrics.
  • Identify and implement projects that drive savings and continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of Lean concepts and techniques.
  • Ability to standardize, document, and communicate change effectively.
  • Provide a safe work environment for areas of direct responsibility utilizing 6S methodologies.
