Role Overview:
We are seeking an eCommerce Strategy Manager who will play a pivotal role within our direct-to-consumer eCommerce division, focusing on both immediate and long-term business planning for our Mobile sector.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts utilizing analytics and models based on eCommerce sales drivers and promotional insights.
2. Conduct hands-on preparation of sales forecasts, product mix evaluations, and risk/opportunity assessments.
3. Analyze eCommerce sales drivers, including traffic and conversion rates, and assess the impact of promotions across various sales platforms.
4. Create insightful presentations for executive reviews and take ownership of business planning for designated categories.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence sales and operations towards shared objectives in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in eCommerce business planning, category management, or data analytics with a strong focus on quantitative analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Analytics, or Engineering; an MBA is advantageous.
- Proficient in advanced Excel with a keen attention to detail for integrating complex data into forecasts and analyses.
- Familiarity with ML/AI models for forecasting and promotional analytics is a plus.
- Experience in the Telecom, Technology, Consumer Electronics, or Retail sectors is highly preferred.

Essential Skills:
- Self-motivated with the ability to excel in both team-oriented and independent settings.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is preferred.
- Strong analytical and statistical modeling capabilities, coupled with excellent business acumen.
- Outstanding presentation skills, particularly in Microsoft PowerPoint.
