Estimated Salary: $31,200 - $33,440 per year, based on 40 hours/week and 52 weeks/year.

Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Automobile Service Technician to perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other light-line services on automotive vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a drive to continuously improve their skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other light-line services on automotive vehicles, with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
  • Sell lubrication, safety inspection, and other related services to customers.
  • Drain oil from crankcase and refill with the required amount of oil.
  • Replace oil and air filters.
  • Inspect vehicle fluid levels, replace or replenish as necessary.
  • Check tire pressure and add air if needed.
  • Report machinery defects or malfunctions to the supervisor.
  • Ensure that customers' cars are kept clean and notify the service advisor immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience or training is required.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
