  • Certification Requirements
    • Valid Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification

    • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (American Heart Association only)
    • BLS - Basic Life Support (American Heart Association only)
    • PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (American Heart Association only)
    • NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
    • State License - Copy of Professional License
    • State License 1 Verification
    • IV Certification (LVN/LPN/Other)
    • Fire Card (LA City facilities only)
    • Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB)
    • Sonographer - Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) Certificate
    • Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
    • Color Blind Testing Online
    • Competency Exam
    • Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam
    • CA Harassment Prevention Training Certificate (2 year update)
  • Job Details
    • 20 hours per week, PHS-1686 PT
    • Acute Healthcare Experience
    • Candidates are required to have a masters degree in order to sit for the RD exam.
    • State License minimum experience - 2 years
