Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-priority design projects that unify and contextualize outcomes across our entire platform
  • Apply systems-level design thinking to drive design solutions that scale
  • Foster a customer-centric design culture that directly impacts product strategy
  • Work cross-functionally to drive designs from concept to implementation
  • Be highly driven by data and customer insights
  • Drive design alignment at various levels in the organization, including executive leadership
  • Provide leadership for the user experience discipline at Contrast, driving best practices, processes, and tools
Requirements
  • 7+ years of design experience
  • Experience with best practices for User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design
  • Experience with cutting-edge design tools and technologies
  • Experience in life cycle design projects from design strategy through execution
  • Skilled at managing and influencing product leaders to help teams progress quickly
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise SaaS products is required
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: Application & Cloud Security, APM, XDR, CI/CD technologies
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $150,000 - $205,000 annually
  • Eligible for an equity package subject to the terms of the Company's applicable plans
